#BeInclusive EU Sport Awards
The #BeInclusive EU Sport Awards Ceremony took place in Brussels on 12 May 2025.
From 9 finalists, winners were announced in 3 categories
- Breaking barriers in sport
- “Be Equal” Promoting gender equality in sport
- Sport for peace.
Glen Micallef, Commissioner for Intergenerational Fairness, Youth, Culture and Sport hosted the event. He announced the winners of the 3 categories.
Matvii Bidnyi, the Ukrainian Minister for Youth and Sport, attended the ceremony and presented the trophy to the winner of the Sport for Peace award. Roxana Mînzatu, Executive Vice-President for Social Rights and Skills, Quality Jobs and Preparedness, presented the trophy to the winner of the Breaking Barriers award.
Several ministers, members of the European Parliament and sport representatives attended the event.
