On 23 November 2023, Commissioner Ivanova announced the publication of the Mapping on Healthy Lifestyles.
This study takes stock of two years of activity of the HealthyLifestyle4All campaign which reached 180,000 Europeans and collected 103 pledges across Europe to
- raise awareness of healthy lifestyles across all generations
- promote easier access to sport and physical activities, focusing on inclusion and non-discrimination to reach disadvantaged groups
- develop a holistic approach to food, health, well-being and sport
The study offers an analysis of the HealthyLifestyle4All initiative, by assessing its perceived impacts, the good practices and lessons learned and identifying the main challenges faced by the involved stakeholders.
More about the study
A key part of the study is the guidebook of successful pledges. This is for stakeholders who are looking for ideas and inspiration for future projects promoting healthy lifestyles.
The publication also provides information on how to access funding to develop, support and scale up healthy lifestyle projects through 15 EU funding programmes.
