Mindaugas Bilius, the President of the Lithuanian Paralympic Committee, is a shot put champion and a vice-champion in discus throw from the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games.
He also competed in the 2012 London Paralympic Games.
A multiple medalist in European and World Para Athletics Championships.
