Field hockey player
Thomas Briels is an ex-international field hockey player from Belgium.
He is 36 years old and he participated in four Olympic Games. He won Silver in Rio 2016 and Gold in Tokyo 2021. He played 359 official games for Belgium.
At the moment he is still playing hockey at the highest club level in Belgium. He gives keynote speeches for organisations about ‘creating a winning team mentality’ telling the remarkable story of the Belgian Red Lions and his own experiences, he organised his own hockey camps for the youth and started his own company called LEAD where he shares experiences and educate coaches and trainers around the world.
His passion is to inspire and motivate as many people as possible and try to give back as much as possible since sport gave him a lot.
