Description of pledge activities

  1. Share the benefits of hiking: Share information about the health benefits of hiking, such as stress relief, improved cardiovascular health, and weight loss.
  2. Share photos and videos of our club members on hikes: pictures of the beautiful landscapes, wildlife, and other natural wonders that members encounter on their hikes. This can inspire others to get outside and explore nature for themselves.
  3. Share tips and advice for hiking: Provide tips on the best hiking trails, how to prepare for a hike, what to pack, and how to stay safe on the trail. This can help others to feel more confident and prepared when they go hiking.
  4. Share hiking related articles and news: Share informative and educational articles about hiking, trails and conservation efforts. This can help to raise awareness about the importance of preserving nature and the benefits of hiking.
  5. Share events and meetups: Share information about upcoming club events, hikes, and meetups. This can help to create a sense of community and encourage others to join the hiking club.
  6. Encourage engagement: Encourage members to share their own photos and videos, stories, and tips for hiking. This can help to create a sense of community and make the club feel more inclusive.

By promoting healthy lifestyle through hiking on social media, we can not only inspire people to get outside and explore nature, but also create a sense of community and belonging.
