Description
We pledge to provide a day of free health screening appointments including resting heart rate, blood pressure and body composition.
We will be targeting the local community within Palma de Mallorca, predominantly through a social media campaign.
Expected measurable outcomes
- Provide 'health screening' for a minimum of 100 adults, upwards from age 16 years
- Provide participants opportunity to gain further insight and understanding of their physical health
- Provide recommendations of interventions to develop healthier lifestyle habits, including physical activities and dietary advice as appropriate
