For this purpose, coaches and staff will attend training sessions, giving them the tools and knowledge to organise activities aimed at the goals stated above.

Expected measurable outcome
The aim is to reach all athletes, staff and coaches, which means 120 athletes, 7 coaches and 7 staff members. Within the number of athletes, we include 40 adults and 80 children.
Additionally, the club will aim to will increase the number of athletes in their activities by 10% by the end of July 2024. This increase serves as recognition of the club’s positive impact on and contribution to the healthy lifestyles of their athletes.
Our activities will include home and away matches. In the previous session, we have had an average of 30 matches per team (2 adult teams – male and female and one under 12 team with both male and female participants). In the next year, we will promote this initiative at 90 home events throughout the season, reaching athletes, their families and the public in general.
