ICOACHKIDS - Healthy habits for children and young people

The International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE) will set up an awareness raising campaign to highlight the role of coaches - especially those working with children and young people - in creating lifelong healthy habits.

Description of the Pledge

The campaign will provide tools and resources that coaches can use to engage children and young people in sport.

The aim of this campaign is to increase awareness of ICOACHKIDS amongst coaches across the world. The resources will provide tools coaches can use to engage children in sport and physical activity.

This campaign will focus specifically on coaches working with children and young people to create lifelong positive habits. It will be enacted through the ICOACHKIDS Global Movement and its partner network.

Expected measureable outcome

  • Increased engagement in the ICOACHKIDS website and social media channels
  • Posting a series of Essentials and Activity videos throughout 2022
