The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) pledges to encourage eligible European IPC members with potential for development, to use the Direct Financial Support Grant funding to offer access to Para sport for individuals with disabilities within their territories.
Eligible countries include, for example, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania and Serbia.
