'The Healthy Hour' campaign encourages Europeans to lead an active lifestyle by raising awareness of the mental, social, and physical health benefits of physical activity.
Taking place on social media several times a year, the campaign is divided in 2 parts
- recap of the latest publications on the health benefits of physical activity
- online discussion with individuals on how active they are and what might encourage them to exercise more
