Erasmus+ Sport Info Day 2024 supports applicants in applying for funding

Missed the event? You can still get the videos and presentations to help you with your applications for sports funding.

The 11th Erasmus+ Sport Info Day provided workshops on how to apply for sports funding through Erasmus+. Guidance included application templates and award criteria. Speakers also shared successful examples of innovative projects and best practices.

3,000 attendees

The 30 January event welcomed 500 people in person, with another 2,500 connecting online.

The goal was to inform the potential applicants about the political context, future programmes and funding opportunities.

Iliana Ivanova, European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, and Pierre-Yves Jeholet, Ministre-Président de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, Belgian Presidency of the EU Council delivered opening speeches at the event.

The programme also included sessions on the Erasmus+ Sport Policy priorities, practical tips for the application process, and information regarding individual learning mobility actions  and other funding opportunities.
